Reward Program Questions
Coins are rewards earned with each qualifying purchase of product in the store made by LOGGED IN users. They can be used to help pay for future orders or special products. You’ll see notifications of amounts you’ll earn and coins you’re spending on the Cart and Checkout pages. You can check your current Coin totals on your Account page.
The Creature Rewards program is not retroactive. It began on May 10th of 2019, and orders placed after that date receive Coins.
Coins are only earned for orders made by LOGGED IN users and placed on or after May 10th, 2019. If you check out as a guest, your order will not receive Coins. If you placed an order while logged in and did not receive Coins, please use the Contact form and support will help you out.
Creature Coins are only earned for actual money spent on product in an order. Most discount codes and orders where Coins were spent to help pay for product will only earn Coins for the balance amount after such reductions.
Coins are earned only for the total of product in an order, not for taxes and shipping amounts or discounts via coupon / Coins spent.
CANADA/WORLD: Orders placed in Canada and most other worldwide locations ship from our Canadian warehouse. US customers may also purchase from the Canadian website if US stock is low. firstname.lastname@example.org
US: Orders placed in the United States ship from our US distribution centre. email@example.com
UK: Orders placed in the United Kingdom, Iceland, Switzerland, and Norway ship from our UK distribution centre. firstname.lastname@example.org
EU: Orders placed in the EU ship from our European distribution centre. email@example.com
If you don’t see your home country in our select menus, simply choose “World” and your order will be handled from our Canadian warehouse.

Orders ship out on the next 1st-2nd available business day based on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule.
Return & Replacement Questions
If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason you can ship the product back to us and we will refund the purchase price. We cannot refund costs related to shipping.
Please snap a quick picture of the product showing the damage and send it to us at email@example.com. We will get you a replacement for your damaged or missing piece at no charge.
